Fresh Kiwi · AI consultancy

Three services. Three questions. One sequence.

Fresh Kiwi runs one ladder: cost line, then capability line, then revenue line. Each service answers a different management question, backed by a different kind of evidence. Start wherever the question is most urgent. The full ladder is not a prerequisite.

Services

Three doors, three questions

Pick the door that matches your current question. The sequence isn't mandatory, but it is logical: proven efficiency earns the right to spend on capability, and proven capability gives you something to build an opportunity on.

01

What should we automate?

The Efficiency AI Audit maps recurring work into an evidenced sequence: what now, what next, what not at all. The base of the ladder: the cost line.

02

What could we now do that we can't do today?

Capability AI looks at demand you are already turning away, delaying or rationing, and tests whether AI changes that answer. The capability line: quality, speed, reach.

03

What could we now sell, or be?

Opportunity AI runs a small portfolio of cheap, disprovable bets, against a budget you set for being wrong. The revenue line: new offers, no existing baseline.

Perspective

Why not one service with three chapters?

Because the three questions need different evidence. The audit asks about recently observed work, which means that by construction it cannot see demand you've already given up on, or an offer that doesn't exist yet. Three services, three units of analysis, three lines of the P&L.
